A client who had his property tenanted asked us to market the property discretely, using our extensive database we found a buyer who wanted to acquire the property but also had a property to sell. After securing a sale on their property, we timed the sale agreeing with all parties in the chain to complete the day the tenant left. Our client was happy that he had no void periods and the purchaser was delighted to buy the house of their dreams.
