James & Co incorporating Nigel Danford has been formed with the coming together of long term friends Richard and Jude who have taken over running the sales from Nigel Danford who has been serving the town for over 20 years. This is leaving Nigel to concentrate on his successful and growing letting side of the business and is of course always on hand to offer his invaluable advice on all aspects of the property market.

Richard James has over 18 years experience in local estate agency working as a leading estate agent in Bishop's Stortford and running his own successful office in Harlow before settling down with his young family in Dunmow 'I moved to Dunmow around two years ago looking for good schools for my two young children together with a safe family environment, I love being part of this friendly town and look forward to helping the people of Dunmow move with as little stress as possible.' says Richard.

Jude Horrocks is a familiar face of Dunmow and has worked as an estate agent in the town for over 15 years having successfully sold and moved hundreds of people in the area and is really relishing the chance to build James and Co into the number one agent in the town.
